SPARKS, Nev. (KOLO) – The Sparks City Council has voted to deny an amendment to a proposed development in in the Wingfield Springs area. The decision came following a public hearing at Monday’s Council meeting.
The amendment to the final plan would have changed the land use designation of the 34.75-acre site at Vista Boulevard and Black Hills Drive from Open Use to Builder Lot to add 158 residential lots to the development.
