RENO, Nev. (KOLO) -A major land development in Pleasant Valley cleared another hurdle Wednesday night as nearly 1,000 new homes could be built following approval from the Truckee Meadows Regional Governing Board.
Residents living near the proposed lot raised more than two dozen complaints, as the meeting room filled with them were not pleased with the result.
