RENO, Nev. (News 4 & Fox 11) — A Reno family says its 38-year-old son, who has permanent brain damage and uses a wheelchair, was discharged from a local hospital and later found sick and in dangerous condition after going missing.
Janet and Steve Robertson say their son, who has mental health needs and requires help with mobility and incontinence, cannot live independently. They say he was found unresponsive in 2021, leaving him with permanent brain damage.
