A man accused of fatally shooting another man and threatening a second person with a gun in Sparks has been convicted of first-degree murder and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon.
A jury found Yun Sam Kim guilty on all counts, including first-degree murder with the use of a deadly weapon, following a brief deliberation.
