Mild, quiet weather will hold until Wednesday morning, but as February arrives, a storm series is on the way. Wind will kick up Wednesday, followed by Sierra snow and valley rain at times through Thursday. Snow levels will fall to valley floors on Groundhog Day as this system winds down. A second storm pushes in on Saturday night and will last into early next week. This one could go colder, faster, which would bring a chance of accumulating snow to valley floors. Stay tuned! -Jeff.
