RENO, Nev. (KOLO) -The adoption of any animal headed to a new life at a forever home is cause for celebration. The bell and applause are tradition at the Nevada Humane Society, but this one was special and preceded by a special behind-the-scenes meeting between the dog and many of those who had worked long and hard to make it happen.
