Washoe Tribe elder Rocky Boice has been missing for two days and his family is hoping someone has seen him. Boice, 65, was last seen 4 p.m. Tuesday in the Reno area. According to a bulletin issued on Friday afternoon, his debit card was last used later than day at Diamonds Casino in Reno and his cell phone was last used to make a call 9 a.m. today to a Reno staffing area.
