More details are emerging in a double homicide that happened in north Reno on Friday afternoon. In an arrest report from the Reno Police Department, 17-year-old suspect Mashenka Reid reportedly called 911 and told a dispatcher “I just couldn’t resist the urge to kill somebody,” when she was asked what happened.
