Reno Rodeo 2024: How to get tickets, when to go, what to eat

The “Wildest, Richest Rodeo in the West” is back for its 105th edition. One of Reno’s oldest events, the 10-day Reno Rodeo, returns June 20-29, 2024.

Here’s what you need to know before you go.

How to buy tickets for the 2024 Reno Rodeo

Attendees can access the Double R Marketplace and concessions area at rodeo grounds for $10, but that won’t get you into the outdoor arena to watch the action — the arena tickets are in high demand and very short supply.

General admission tickets for the rodeo’s kickoff concert on Wednesday, June 19 are still available, but tickets for rodeo performances are in extremely short supply. Ticket prices for rodeo performances start at $12; tickets for the kickoff concert start at $55.

Here are a few options if you still need tickets:

Phone: Limited tickets may be available for rodeo performances from June 20 to 29, and calling may be your best bet. The Reno Rodeo ticket office can be reached at 775-329-3877 ext. 132 from Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m..
