The Reno Fire Department is on the scene of what appears to be a structure fire on Ralston Street just off of 5th Street in downtown Reno. According to a battalion chief with the Reno Fire Department, the call came in at around 10:38 p.m and the first RFD unit was on scene at 10:40 p.m.
