RENO, Nev. (News 4 & Fox 11) – A 19-year-old man who was killed in a crash in Washoe County has been identified. The Nevada State Police Highway Patrol Division responded to a crash at the location of US-395 and Panther Drive in Washoe County shortly before 6 a.m. on Sept. 16.
