CARSON CITY, Nev. (News 4 & Fox 11) – A man was arrested in connection with arson in Carson City on Tuesday, police say. Carson City Fire Department and Carson City Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) personnel responded to a fire at a home on the 1700 block of Roop Street on Oct. 8. Authorities say that throughout the course of the investigation, investigators determined that the fire was started by the occupant of the residence.
