SPARKS, Nev. (KOLO) – A man and his wife have been arrested on a slew of charges for alleged crimes that took place across the Reno-Sparks and Placer County areas. On Sept. 1, officers with the Reno Police Department responded to the Winco on 2855 Northtowne Lane for reports of an armed robbery.
