UPDATE (11/13, 3:40 P.M.):. Storey County is reporting that power will not be restored to customers affected by a planned outage in the Virginia City Highlands on Wednesday. In a post on X, the county says NV Energy provided them the update, and that the power company will begin inspecting its equipment for damage on Thursday at 6:30 a.m.
