Sparks Police made multiple arrests and issued several citations as part of a series of retail theft operations over the last two weeks. The SPD’s Neighborhood Pollice Unit and patrol division focused their efforts on Home Depot, Best Buy, Target, Scheels, and T.J. Maxx according to a post on their Facebook page.
