MINDEN, Nev. (KOLO) – The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of two people in connection with a 2023 murder. DCSO says 48-year-old Larry Allen Arnold from Carson City and 42 year-old Melissa Nicole Malmstedt (AKA Melissa Clack) from Minden were arrested on Monday. During the investigation, Arnold and Malmstedt were identified as suspects in the death of 42 year-old Paul Adam Mulkey on August 14, 2023. Mulkey was found dead along Stephanie Way in Minden. No other details about the nature of Mulkey’s death were released.
