Update February 9, 1:00 p.m.:
The Reno Police Department tells us they initially began working with the Sparks Police this morning to find a wanted subject. After evading a traffic stop, the subject drove to the Renown Hospital on Mill Street.
A shooting broke out between the subject and four Washoe County Sheriff’s Deputies at the entrance of the emergency room…
