Greater Nevada Mortgage opens $10M aid program for middle-income homebuyers

Las Vegas (KSNV) — Greater Nevada Mortgage (GNM), a subsidiary of Greater Nevada Credit Union, has announced the opening of applications for the Middle-Income Down Payment Assistance program.

This initiative, supported by the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, aims to provide up to $10 million in funding to help middle-income, first-time homebuyers in eligible states, including Nevada and California.
