High-speed chase in Incline Village ends with arrests, no injuries reported

A high-speed chase involving two cars ended with the arrest of both drivers after a dramatic pursuit through Incline Village Wednesday night.

Just after 11:30 p.m. on March 19, a Washoe County Sheriff’s Office deputy saw a white Jeep Cherokee and a black Ford F-150 failing to stop at a stop sign and speeding. The deputy attempted a traffic stop, but both vehicles fled, leading to a chase that ended in the Incline Valley Bowling Alley parking lot.

The deputy blocked the exit, but the Jeep Cherokee evaded capture by driving around the patrol vehicle, while the Ford F-150 struck the deputy’s vehicle before running from the scene. A second deputy joined the pursuit, which concluded when the Jeep Cherokee crashed into a tree near Northwood and Lakeshore boulevards…
