Richards Crossing is a permanent supportive housing community designed to help individuals transition from homelessness to stability. The community features one-bedroom apartments with rental assistance through the Section 8 PBV program, ensuring that residents pay only 30% of their income toward rent. Additionally, eight units are reserved for chronically homeless veterans, with rental assistance provided by the U.S. Veterans Administration.
