The 2025 Tahoe Music Alive Concert Series begins on April 27 with a performance by The Catalyst String Quartet from 2 to 4 p.m. The concert is the first in the Chamber Music Series; the 2025 Jazz concerts will be announced soon.
Hailed by The New York Times at its Carnegie Hall debut as “invariably energetic and finely burnished … playing with earthy vigor,” the Grammy Award-winning Catalyst Quartet features clarinetist Todd Palmer, a three-time Grammy nominated artist, according to a release.
