(FOX40.COM) — A child died in a non-skiing related accident at Diamond Peak Ski Resort in Nevada over the weekend, according to the resort.
The resort said their Diamond Peak Ski Patrol was first to respond to the scene around 3:38 p.m. on Saturday and immediately attended to the child. Washoe County Sheriff’s Office and North Lake Tahoe Fire Protection also responded to the accident.
The child later died from their injuries. The exact cause and type of accident are unknown at this time…
