Fire agencies execute a full-scale wildfire operation in the Washoe Valley

RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – While fire dangers increase, multiple fire agencies are joining forces for a full-scale wildfire training drill. The key focus is collaboration and efficiency.

“The first objective is for the overhead to be able to get the help that they need from the different levers that they pull and the second objective is for the ground resources in the field to be doing operations together,” said Truckee Meadows Fire Chief August Isernhagen.
