Carson City first responders ask the community to help one of their own diagnosed with rare liver cancer

RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – 20-year-old 911 Carson dispatcher Haylee Busby has been diagnosed with a rare liver cancer.

According to her GoFundMe, her diagnosis: Fibrolamellar carcinoma (FLC), a rare and aggressive form of liver cancer that affects approximately 1 in 5 million people in the U.S. FLC typically strikes young individuals with no prior liver conditions.
