SPARKS, Nev. (KOLO) – Secret Witness is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the shooter who killed a 19-year-old man near 440 Greenbrae Drive in Sparks.
On Friday, June 27, at 11:25p.m. the Sparks Police Department received calls of shots fired.
