A woman has been arrested following the discovery of a newborn baby boy abandoned in a dumpster in Sun Valley on July 5.
The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28-year-old Taylour Sierra Dickinson on Sunday, who faces charges of attempted murder and child abuse, neglect, or endangerment.
