RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – On Tuesday, July 29, Joseph John Greco was found guilty by a jury and the court entered a judgment of conviction for two counts of lewdness with a child under the age of 14 in the Second Judicial District Court of Nevada.
For the first count, the punishment is imprisonment in the Nevada Department of Corrections for a maximum term of life with the minimum parole eligibility of 10 years with credit for 79 days served.
