RENO, Nev. (News 4 & Fox 11) — An investigation is underway after an injured man was found on an I-80 on-ramp in Reno early Tuesday morning.
The Nevada Highway Patrol (NHP) responded to the report of an unresponsive person on I-80 eastbound Wells Ave. on-ramp around 12:15 a.m. on Aug. 5.
