RENO, Nev. (News 4 & Fox 11) — The Reno City Council approved a request from the Reno Housing Authority to abandon an alley in the old Southwest neighborhood to clear the way for a two-story low-income housing project.
The abandonment request was not without drama though, as RHA on Wednesday faced stiff opposition from several nearby residents concerned about parking, density, access and more.
