On August 19, a 3-year-old child was found wandering alone in Cold Springs, prompting an investigation by the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office. The child, who was wearing only one shoe and had no guardian present, was discovered by a concerned citizen who notified authorities and safely returned the child home before deputies arrived.
When deputies attempted to contact the child’s parents, Amber Luck, 36, and Jeremy Dalebout, 48, they initially refused to answer the door.
