WASHOE COUNTY, Nev. (News 4 & Fox 11) — A delivery driver was arrested in Spanish Springs and charged with peering through a window with a camera.
Washoe County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a residence on Garden Pond Way in Spanish Springs regarding a reported peering incident around 11:30 p.m. on Aug. 27.
Deputies contacted the reporting party, who alleged that a delivery driver had stepped off the walkway and looked through a bedroom window of the residence. The homeowner stated the suspect also appeared to have a cell phone in hand during the incident…
