RENO, Nev. — After Washoe County Regional Animal Services seized about 100 cats from a home in Reno last week, many community members were left with the question: how did so many cats end up in one house?
Previous owner of some of the cats, Brenda, explained it all started about three years ago when her home burned down in Panther Valley. That’s when she, along with about seven of her own cats, moved in with a friend into his house on Bowie Road.
