The City of Sparks has announced plans to transition fire operations currently based at Fire Station 5 to the new Fire Station 6.
Fire Station 5 is located at 6490 Vista Blvd., and the new Fire Station 6 is located at 6963 Scheidbar Road.
Once construction is complete, all apparatus and personnel at Station 5 will move to Station 6, which is expected to open in late October…
