Sparks Police and other local law enforcement agencies will be working together to enforce Nevada’s “Move Over” law in the coming weeks.
The law requires drivers to use caution and move over by a lane if it is safe to do so when passing emergency vehicles, tow trucks, or Department of Transportation vehicles stopped on the side of the road with flashing lights on.
