Cooling down with accumulating snow possible in the Sierra

A Winter Storm Watch is up for the western side of the Sierra from Monday through Wednesday. Models are lacking consistency on the exact location of the low, which in return affects the amount of snow we could see in the Sierra. Almost every run is going back and forth, with some placing the snow south of Tahoe and others up through the Northern Sierra. The watch places 2-12 inches of snow north of Highway 50 above 65000′ and one to two feet south of Highway 50. The bulk of the snow will fall south of Lake Tahoe, but depending on the location of the low, Tahoe could get a decent amount too. Tahoe is right on the cut off for none or something. No snow is expected in the Reno area.
