RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – The Reno Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating 70-year-old Teodula Garcia Davlos. Davlos was last seen near the Winco on Northtowne Lane in Reno. She lives on Grove Street in south Reno and rides the city bus system regularly.
Police say Davlos suffers from dementia which causes confusion, and the inability for her to know her way home or where she is at. she speaks primarily Spanish and does not have a cell phone or money with her.
Davlos was last seen wearing a pink sweater, with a green shirt underneath, and white shoes…
