Arlington Avenue Bridges project advances as south bridge demolition nears completion

Demolition of the south bridge for the Arlington Avenue Bridges Project is mostly complete, with crews now clearing debris and dewatering the site to prepare for excavation and construction of the new bridge.

Work on the north bridge continues, with crews preparing for the first concrete pour on the bridge deck next week, weather permitting.

Once cured, the north bridge will provide a critical access route for heavy equipment during the reconstruction of the south bridge.
