VIRGINIA CITY, Nev. (KOLO) – A man has been arrested in Florida after police say he scammed a woman in the Virginia City Highlands.
In May of this year, detectives with the Storey County Sheriff’s Office were alerted to a significant fraud case in the Virginia City Highlands.
