SPARKS, Nev. — The City of Sparks is moving forward with a couple big projects in the area after the city council advanced them at its meeting Monday.
The city is one step closer to getting a brand new city hall after the council voted to direct the city manager to take any actions necessary to kickstart that process. Those actions could include identifying concepts for design and construction, working with consultants as needed, issuing requests for proposals and bid documents and more.
“I believe the next steps will be to compile an RFP, a Request For Proposal, on seeing what kind of concepts we should be exploring for that construction and design of a future city hall,” Community Services Director for the City of Sparks Jim Rundle said…
