SPARKS, Nev. (KOLO) – The Sparks City Council is moving forward with an affordable housing project in Sparks. Councilmembers approved the proposal from Northern Nevada Community Housing, after considering submissions from 2 other groups, including Greenstreet Development and Reno Housing Authority.
The proposed location for the project would be 306 10th Street.
The development will have 40 one bedroom units at 60% of the area’s median income or below…
