A Nevada Highway Patrol Trooper and several Good Samaritans jumped into action Wednesday night after a fiery wrong-way crash on U.S. 50 near Flint Road.
It happened around 8:14 p.m. when troopers say a 2016 Infiniti sedan was traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes and collided head-on with a 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe. The impact immediately sparked a fire in the Hyundai’s engine compartment and undercarriage.
According to NHP, a trooper in the area witnessed the crash and rushed to help, pulling the occupants from the burning SUV and calling for backup and fire crews…
