Halloween reopening of Stoker Avenue under I-80 signals milestone in Reno roadwork

RENO, Nev. (News 4 & Fox 11) — Stoker Avenue will reopen underneath I- 80 in west Reno on Halloween, marking a milestone in a continuing Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) project to repave and widen the interstate.

Stoker Avenue has been closed between Stardust and West Fourth streets since January as the south I-80 bridge over Stoker Avenue was widened to give room to construct an auxiliary merge lane on eastbound I-80.
