The Reno Housing Authority just opened its waitlists for low-income housing indefinitely while the nation approaches the longest government shutdown in its history.
RHA’s waitlists officially opened at 8 a.m. Monday, Nov. 3, for all public housing sites, according to the organization. Waitlists also opened for project-based assistance programs, including Pilgrims Rest site for people ages 62 and older and Silverada Manor.
