Reno police have arrested a 35-year-old man after a woman reported being kidnapped and escaping from a vehicle in Reno early Sunday, Nov. 16.
Officers responded to Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center around 4:30 a.m. on a report of suspicious circumstances. Police said the woman’s wrists had been zip-tied and that she got out of the suspect’s truck with help from a passerby.
