SPARKS, Nev. (KOLO) – A pair of men have been convicted on charges of domestic battery.
The first, Thomas Molia, was convicted of domestic battery, first offense, in connection with an incident on Sept. 25. On that day, officers with the Sparks Police Department responded to a call from a victim who told them that her husband had taken her phone and threw it against the wall.
