A man has been convicted of one count of domestic battery after Sparks police responded to a September 28 call from a woman reporting that her husband, Thomas Molia, threw her phone against a wall at their home.
Officers arrived and saw a black Tesla leaving the area. They confirmed Molia owned the car and stopped it, finding him as the driver.
At the home, the woman told officers that an argument escalated when her husband, Molia, began packing her belongings and told her to leave. She said she attempted to leave with their three children, and when she began recording him on her phone, a struggle followed. She said he took her phone, went into an office, then pushed her out of the room with both hands…
