A man was seriously injured early Monday after exiting a moving vehicle on McCarran Boulevard near Wedekind Road in Sparks, according to Nevada State Police.
Troopers were called around 12:23 a.m. to what was initially reported as a crash involving a pedestrian. Investigators later determined no crash occurred.
