Reno Redevelopment Agency approves millions for rental development

RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – The Reno Redevelopment Agency has approved more than $3.2 million in tax increment financing to help fund a 200-unit development on Commercial Row.

The land is located north of the Truckee River near the Wells Overpass. The City says it as notoriously been a nuisance area, costing the city in staff time and money to keep it clean to the tune of $56,000 a year.
