CARSON CITY, Nev. (KOLO) – A music student and the Band Director at Carson High School will be marching in the 137th Rose Parade.
Jose Salinas and Nick Jacques have been selected to march in the New Year’s Day parade. Salinas will be participating in the Bands of America band, while Jacques will march with the Saluting America’s Band Directors band.
Salinas plays the alto saxophone and the clarinet and earned his spot via a national audition process…
