SPARKS, Nev. (KOLO) – The Sparks City Council is moving forward with an increase in sewage fees.
Under the proposal, rates would increase 6% next year, as well as 5% annually from 2027 to 2030, and 4% in 2031.
This would be the first increase in seven years…
